A manufacturing plant can have approved designs, capable contractors and good-quality materials, yet still experience costly problems during construction. The reason is often found in execution: a foundation is positioned incorrectly, an embedded plate is missed, a floor level varies from the required tolerance, or a utility opening is not coordinated before concrete is poured.
