Our team comes directly from the concrete industry, with more than 20 years of hands-on experience starting, operating, and scaling concrete companies. We provide material and labor takeoffs, per-project and fractional estimating, proposal writing, and a Pipeline Growth Program that keeps contractors supplied with qualified bid opportunities. Beyond the bid, we support projects with submittals, AIA pay applications, preconstruction management, construction contract review, budget monitoring, and quality assurance. Our Business Support services cover strategic planning, business advisory, website development, reputation management, and professional communication systems. To date, Stancon has estimated 600+ projects representing more than $300 million in construction value across municipal, industrial, retail, federal-aid, and commercial concrete scopes. We work remotely with subcontractors and general contractors across the United States, acting as an extension of their team without adding full-time overhead.
